1- Do you accept my insurance?
Yes, we accept all major insurances like Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Baylor Scott & White and more. We DO NOT ACCEPT Tricare, new Medicaid patients, or Champ VA.
2- Do you offer same day appointments?
Yes, we do! We save same day appointments daily.
3- What should I bring?
Your ID, Insurance Card, Documents needed for your appointment.
4- When should I arrive?
We advise patients to arrive 15-minutes early as we do implement a 10-minute grace period. If necessary, please notify our office when you are unable to keep an appointment. Sick appointments should be canceled as soon as possible. Other appointments should be canceled with at least 24-hour notice. Cancellations occurring less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
5- What if my child is sick after hours?
We are partnered Children’s Medical Center as they take our after-hours calls (214) 456-8145. They will notate what’s going on with your child and fax us the information and our triage nurse will contact you if needed.
